March 30: Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General meeting is open to all friends, guests and members of JHC. We keep our AGM short on business and long on celebration — so don't let the name of the meeting mislead you! We’ll have refreshments, refugee stories, news, other presentations and items of interest plus a short business meeting.

Time: Refreshments at 6:30 pm, celebration/meeting from 7:00 - 8:30 pm

March 23: Housing Developer Position
JHC requires a ministry-minded individual with strong initiative to serve as Housing Developer. This is a full-time position to start ASAP. Applications will be accepted until April 14. More information...
March 1: JHC Office Move
WE ARE MOVING....but not too far away! An opportunity has come up to share space at the Royal Oak Community Church where we will have our offices and access to other facilities in the church building. So after March 1 come visit us there, 7175 Royal Oak Avenue (at Victory Street), Burnaby, one block south of the Royal Oak Skytrain Station. Entrance to the church and the parking lot is on Victory Street.
Our office hours are M - F, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, afternoons by appointment
December 10: JHC Christmas Celebration
We enjoyed an evening of Christmas celebration on December 10 with music, conversation, and friendship. A big "thank you" to the staff and volunteers for a memorable event.

October 15: RIDE for REFUGE
Journey Home Community raised almost $25,000 through the RIDE for REFUGE this year. A big "thank you" to our doners who supported our 82 riders!
